Our employees are experienced in providing classroom environments with the best support that is needed. As an AT role, our coaches have experience in supporting the class teachers with all the responsibilities expected of an AT. We hire people with the experience of being high-quality ATs so that teachers can concentrate on their learning environment. Our coaches are ‘Team Teach’ trained, DBS checked, qualified first aiders and have attended many more career development courses to ensure that they are trained to the highest expectations for supporting teachers in the classroom. 

We also offer schools the same coaches to support children in classes on a 1:1 basis. Some schools require support from our coaches, or positive male role models, to help manage a variety of learning difficulties an individual child might have. We have had experience and huge success in supporting children with ASD as well as many other special educational needs reach their full potential. Schools in Kent have experienced the success provided by our staff in this service. They have hired more coaches and provided them all with further CPD opportunities because they have reaped the benefits of having our coaches available to their disadvantaged children.
